根据桩西采油厂目前出现的由于有机质的沉积使得原油在管线运输过程中出现输送阻力大,耗电量高,安全性难以保障等问题,使用DRIVE原油萃取剂进行室内和现场评价实验,包括稠油油垢溶解性、防蜡降粘实验、原油剥离、模拟管道降压减阻实验、原油流变性、润湿性、成膜性以及降凝效果进行评价,发现DRIVE原油萃取剂具有良好的原油清洗力,降粘防蜡效果明显,可以明显降低原油输送阻力,改变原油润湿性,提高原油流变性,改善原油品质,从而减小原油在集输过程中的流动阻力,改善其流动性,降低原油的集输成本。
