检测液压阀芯位移的耐高压差动变压器式位移传感器频响低,不能满足高频响液压阀的需要,电涡流位移传感器不耐高压,且温度漂移严重难以在液压阀中使用,提出一种新型耐高压电涡流位移传感器的结构,建立了数学模型,进行了理论分析和磁场有限元仿真工具进行了仿真;理论分析和实验结果表明:该位移传感器具有良好的线性、工作量程大,可有效应用于高压环境下阀芯的位置检测。
The displacement of high-pressured differential transformer displacement sensor which detects displacement of hydraulic spool is low, which can not meet the needs of high-frequency hydraulic valve. The eddy current displacement sensor is not resistant to high pressure and the temperature drift is serious and difficult to be used in the hydraulic valve. The structure of the new high voltage eddy current displacement sensor has been established, and the mathematical model has been established. The theoretical analysis and the magnetic field finite element simulation tool have been carried out.
