早在两千四百年前,《黄帝内经》中就有“五谷为养,五果为助”的记载。明代伟大的医药学家李时珍在《本草纲目》里详细记载了许多食物的效用,包括水果在内。《英国医学杂志》一项科学研究报告证明:“每天吃一果,医生远离我”绝对是一至理名言。用水果预防和治疗疾病,从古到今,不仅得到了历代医学家们的重视与肯定,而且还积累了相当丰富的经验,并为现代医学研究所证实。
As early as two thousand four hundred years ago, there were records in the Yellow Emperor’s Canon of Internal Medicine that “grain is raised and five fruits are supported.” Li Shizhen, a great medical scientist in Ming Dynasty, detailed the usefulness of many foods in Compendium of Materia Medica, including fruits. “British Medical Journal,” a scientific research report that: “eat a fruit a day, the doctor away from me,” is definitely a famous quote. Prevention and treatment of diseases with fruits have not only won the attention and affirmation of ancient medical scientists from ancient times, but also accumulated a wealth of experience and were confirmed by the Institute of Modern Medicine.
