患者女，40岁。因使用超剂量顺铂化疗反复抽搐发作于1997年6月6日入病房抢救。患者因右侧卵巢囊肿在当地医院手术切除，术后病检为“卵巢颗粒细胞瘤”。术后3周行全身化疗：PDD80mg×5天（静滴），5－FU1．0×5天，CYX0．2×5天。化疗中子以常规水化，每日输液2500ITll。消化道
Female patient, 40 years old. Repeated convulsive episodes due to overdose cisplatin chemotherapy entered the ward on June 6, 1997. The patient had a surgical resection of the right ovarian cyst at the local hospital. The postoperative pathological examination was “granulosa cell tumor of the ovary.” Systemic chemotherapy was performed 3 weeks after surgery: PDD 80 mg x 5 days (intravenous), 5-FU 1.0 x 5 days, CYX 0.2 x 5 days.
