本文从用户体验角度出发,通过向中美两国负责食品药品监管的政府部门中的国家级和省(州)级共六个政务网站发送样本咨询问题,对“线上咨询”全过程(找到咨询入口环节-咨询环节-答复环节)的体验进行比较分析。旨在客观分析两国食品药品监管部门(FDA)政务网站“线上咨询”现状,并针对性地提出我国FDA完善“线上咨询”版块工作、进行有效交流和良性互动的具体建议。
This paper, from the perspective of user experience, sends sample consultation questions to a total of six government websites at the national and provincial (state) level in the government departments responsible for food and drug supervision between China and the United States.
