对于发展之中的企业2.0时代来说,企业管理层如何让企业社交网络活跃起来、如何使其价值最大化是一个重要的课题。而本文从企业社交网络的核心特征入手,试图找到企业内部社交网络价值产生的源泉,并找到影响员工行为的基本方式,帮助企业更好的进行内部社交网络的构建与优化。
For the developing Enterprise 2.0 era, how the enterprise management can make the social network of the enterprise active? How to maximize its value is an important issue. However, starting from the core features of social networks, this paper attempts to find the source of social network value in the enterprise and find the basic ways to influence employee behavior so as to help enterprises to better construct and optimize internal social networks.
