目的:建立葛根芩连汤和各药材的数字化色谱指纹谱,并研究复方与组方药材的相关性。方法:采用RP-HPLC梯度洗脱技术进行HPLC分析,建立了葛根芩连汤和药材的数字化色谱指纹谱。色谱柱:Agilent TC-C18;流动相:甲醇-水(含0.5%甲酸和0.5%三乙胺)作梯度洗脱;流速:1mL/min;检测波长:270nm。结果:在选定的色谱条件下,建立了葛根芩连汤和药材的数字化色谱-指纹谱(HPLC-DFPS),通过与阴性样品比较确定了特征峰的药材归属。结论:结果表明利用数字化色谱指纹谱技术可较好地判别复方与药材化学组分间的相关性,同时为研究葛根芩连汤配伍规律奠定基础。
Objective: To establish the digital chromatographic fingerprinting of Gegen Qinlian Decoction and various medicinal materials, and to study the correlation between compound and prescription herbs. Methods: The RP-HPLC gradient elution technique was used for HPLC analysis. The digital chromatographic fingerprints of Gegenqinlian Decoction and medicinal materials were established. Column: Agilent TC-C18; mobile phase: methanol-water with 0.5% formic acid and 0.5% triethylamine gradient elution; flow rate: 1 mL / min; detection wavelength: 270 nm. Results: The digital chromatographic fingerprinting (HPLC-DFPS) of Gegenqinlian Decoction and its medicinal materials was established under the selected chromatographic conditions, and the medicinal properties of the characteristic peaks were confirmed by comparison with the negative samples. Conclusion: The results show that the use of digital chromatographic fingerprinting spectroscopy can be better discriminated between the compound and the chemical composition of the correlation between the ingredients, and to study Gegen Qinlian decoction compatibility lays the foundation.
