目的研究千里香叶及其嫩枝中多甲氧基黄酮类成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱等方法对千里香提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分进行分离纯化,通过现代谱学方法及其理化性质鉴定其化学结构。结果从千里香叶及其嫩枝中分离鉴定了7个多甲氧基黄酮类化合物,分别为:5,3′-二羟基-6,7,4′,5′-四甲氧基黄酮(1),5,4′-二羟基-7,3′-二甲氧基黄酮(2),5-羟基-7,3′,4′-三甲氧基黄酮(3),(2S)-5,6,7,3′,4′-五甲氧基二氢黄酮(4),5,6,7,8,3′,4′,5′-七甲氧基黄酮(5),5-羟基-6,7,3′,4′-四甲氧基黄酮(6),(2S)-5,6,7,3′,4′,5′-六甲氧基二氢黄酮(7)。结论化合物1~7均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the polyoxymethylene flavonoids in Centella asiatica and its twigs. Methods Silica gel column chromatography and gel column chromatography were used to separate and purify the ethyl acetate fraction from the extract of Tricholoma. The chemical structure of the extract was identified by modern spectroscopy and its physicochemical properties. Results Seven multimethoxy flavonoids were isolated and identified from Centella asiatica and their twigs. They were 5,3’-dihydroxy-6,7,4 ’, 5’-tetramethoxyflavone ( (2), 5-hydroxy-7,3 ’, 4’-trimethoxyflavone (3), (2S) -5 , 5,6,7,8,3 ’, 4’, 5’-heptamethoxyflavone (5), 5- Hydroxy-6,7,3 ’, 4’-tetramethoxyflavone (6), (2S) -5,6,7,3’, 4 ’, 5’-hexamethoxyflavone (7). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 7 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
