本文探讨了小檗胺酚羟基烷基化方法并提出了草酸酯作为选择性烷基化反应的试剂。通过小檗胺钠盐与相应的草酸酯作用制得了小檗胺甲醚,乙醚,异丙醚。此方法具有制备方便、安全无毒的优点,它可以代替有毒易爆的重氮烷烃烷基化反应的经典方法。 In this paper, the method of alkyloxypyridyloxyphenylamidopropargyl alcohol was discussed and the oxalate ester was proposed as a selective alkylating reagent. By berbamine sodium salt and the corresponding role of oxalate was berbamol ether, ether, isopropyl ether. The method has the advantages of convenient preparation, safety and non-toxicity, and can replace the classical method of alkylating reaction of toxic and explosive diazoalkane.
