为研究车辆高速碰撞高速公路上过渡段半刚性护栏的安全问题,提高吸收汽车碰撞动能和增强过渡段护栏的刚性防护能力,通过对大量碰撞事故实地考查,分析了中国现有过渡段半刚性护栏设计的缺陷,设计出了一种具有较高的刚性,可用以抵御重型车辆碰撞时产生的巨大能量,并能起到很好卸能效果的新型过渡段护栏;并利用LS-DYNA有限元软件对汽车高速碰撞新型过渡段护栏进行仿真模拟。结果表明:新型过渡段护栏尺寸设计合理,起到了刚度过滤的效果,能够有效地提高汽车和乘员的安全系数。
