社会人文环境的变化带动了企业管理模式的变革。一味严苛、独裁式的管理模式显然已经无法适应当前企业管理需求,“以人为本”的理念促使企业管理者站在关爱员工的角度,以人性化的方式管理企业。本文从现代建筑业普遍存在的问题出发,在结合自身管理经验的基础上,阐述了人性化管理对企业发展的重要性,并介绍了人性化管理的方式。
Changes in social and cultural environment led to changes in business management. Blindly, dictatorial management model has obviously been unable to meet the current business management needs, “people-oriented” concept to encourage business managers from the perspective of caring staff, humane management of enterprises. Based on the common problems in the modern construction industry, this article elaborates the importance of human management to the development of enterprises based on its own management experience, and introduces the humanized management methods.
