本文分析公路收费机制的现状,剖析现有的公路收费机制存在的问题,根据现实状况和部分地区公路收费体系可能做出的变化,提出了完善公路收费机制的改革路径,从健全公路收费价格监测机制的制度保障、完善公路网体系建设、优化收费公路的结构、注重不同等级公路的平衡发展以及差别收费与特殊收费相结合等方面提出对策建议。 This paper analyzes the status quo of toll collection mechanism and analyzes the existing problems of toll collection mechanism.
