国内外煤层气开发,针对低渗煤层,为了提高单井产量,通常实施压裂改造,但是通过生产实践与室内实验认识到煤体结构是决定压裂效果的关键因素之一。论文分析了井间煤体结构差异及煤层内煤体结构的分层特征对压裂效果的影响,认为针对硬煤(原生结构煤、碎裂结构煤)的常规压裂适应性较好,而针对软煤(碎粒煤、糜棱煤)的常规改造效果较差。最后笔者根据煤体结构差异特征,提出了针对性改造工艺措施,并进行了现场试验,提高了压裂改造效果,对国内其它煤层气田的开发具有借鉴意义。
CBM development at home and abroad is aimed at low-permeability coal seam. In order to improve single-well production, fracturing reform is usually carried out. However, through production practice and laboratory experiments, it is recognized that the structure of coal body is one of the key factors that determine the effect of fracturing. The paper analyzes the difference between the structure of coal between wells and coal seam stratification characteristics of coal seam on the effect of fracturing, that for hard coal (primary structural coal, fractured coal) conventional fracturing adaptability, and For soft coal (crushed coal, mylonitized coal) conventional transformation effect is poor. Finally, according to the characteristics of the differences of coal structure, the author put forward the specific technological measures of reformation, carried out on-site tests and improved the effect of fracturing reformation, which has reference significance for the development of other coalbed methane fields in China.
