实践教学是培养学生实践能力和创新能力的重要环节,也是提高学生职业素养和就业竞争力的重要途径。自上世纪80年代以后,国际高教界逐渐形开始重视实践教学、强化应用型人才培养。培养符合当前社会需求的高素质应用型人才是应用型高等院校的人才培养目标,本文以毕节学院为例,从教学手段、教学内容、成绩考核等方面对金工实习教学改革进行探究。 Practical teaching is an important part of cultivating students ’practical ability and innovative ability, as well as an important way to improve students’ professional accomplishment and employment competitiveness. Since the 1980s, the international higher education circles have gradually begun to attach importance to practical teaching and to strengthen the training of applied talents. In order to cultivate qualified talents with high quality in line with the needs of the current society, this paper aims to train talents in application-oriented institutions of higher learning. This article takes Bijie University as an example to probe into the teaching reform of metalworking practice from the aspects of teaching methods, teaching content and performance evaluation.
