刺梨(Rosa roxburghii Tratt)是加工制造富含维生素C食品的最佳原料。目前,贵州和四川等省利用刺梨果实制造的果酒、汽酒、果汁、汽水和刺梨果酱等食品云集于市,颇受人们的欢迎。为保证供给加工原料,刺梨贮藏尤为重要。若鲜果置于常温贮藏,仅能贮藏15天。本试验是在不同温度条件下贮藏鲜果,观察果实贮藏性和品质变化,探索延长贮藏期和保持果实品质的贮藏条件。
Rosa roxburghii Tratt is the best raw material for processing vitamin C rich foods. At present, Guizhou, Sichuan and other provinces using the fruit of Rizhao pear wine, sparkling wine, fruit juice, soft drinks and prickly pear jam and other food gathered in the city, quite popular. To ensure the supply of raw materials for processing, Cili storage is particularly important. If fresh fruits are stored at room temperature, they can only be stored for 15 days. In this experiment, fresh fruits were stored under different temperature conditions, the storage and quality of fruits were observed, and the storage conditions to prolong the storage period and maintain the fruit quality were explored.
