贾鲁河是周口市一条较重要的防洪河道,堤防防洪标准较低。建国50多年来,周口市贾鲁河从未进行过有效治理,河道淤积严重,河床逐年抬高,加之上游郑州、中牟、尉氏相继进行了小流域治理,周口市流域内成灾在所难免,通过对贾鲁河“2000”年洪水成因分析,提出了相应的治理对策与建议。 Jialu River is Zhoukou City, a more important flood control river embankment flood control standards.
