目的 探讨突变体 p5 3蛋白 (mtp5 3)和二磷酸核苷激酶 (NDPK) /nm2 3 H1在脑转移瘤中的表达和预后关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学卵白素 生物素复合物 (ABC)法检测mtp5 3和NDPK/nm2 3 H1在 31例脑转移瘤中的表达。结果 31例中 19例 (6 1.3% )mtp5 3、4例 (12 .9% )NDPK/nm2 3 H1表达阳性细胞。mtp5 3与NDPK/nm2 3 H1表达呈负相关。mtp5 3阳性、NDPK/nm2 3 H1阴性组生存时间显著短于mtp5 3阴性、NDPK/nm2 3 H1阳性组。结论 mtp5 3和NDPK/nm2 3 H1在脑转移瘤中的表达呈负相关 ,mtp5 3和NDPK/nm2 3 H1可作为判断脑转移瘤预后的客观指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of mtp5 3 and NDPK / nm2 3 H1 in brain metastases and prognosis. Methods The expression of mtp53 and NDPK / nm23 H1 in 31 cases of brain metastases were detected by immunohistochemistry avidin biotin complex (ABC) method. Results Of the 31 cases, 19 (6 1.3%) mtp5 and 3 (12.9%) mtp5 positive cells expressed NDPK / nm2 3 H1. There was a negative correlation between mtp5 3 and NDPK / nm2 3 H1 expression. The survival time of mtp5 3 was significantly shorter in NDPK / nm2 3 H1 negative group than in mtp5 3 negative group and NDPK / nm2 3 H1 positive group. Conclusion The expressions of mtp5 3 and NDPK / nm2 3 H1 in brain metastases are negatively correlated, and mtp5 3 and NDPK / nm2 3 H1 can be used as objective indicators to evaluate the prognosis of patients with brain metastases.
