针对工作在高温、高速、重载等极限工况条件下的航空发动机用滚动轴承的运转状态的特殊性,介绍了一种应用多传感器进行测量的轴承监测及性能考核系统。并对该种工况下工作轴承的主要失效形式进行了分析。通过测量轴承运转时多种反映其工况的特征信号,实现了对轴承的运转状态和故障发生、发展的过程的监控。
Aiming at the particularity of the running state of aeroengine rolling bearing working under the extreme working conditions of high temperature, high speed and heavy load, a bearing monitoring and performance checking system using multi-sensor is introduced. The main failure modes of work bearing in this working condition are analyzed. By measuring a variety of characteristics of the bearing operating conditions reflect the characteristics of the signal to achieve the status of the bearing operation and failure occurred, the development process of monitoring.
