高压压气机对开机匣是航空发动机的关键零件,由于结构复杂、精度要求高,车铣加工和精密孔加工工艺过程穿插进行,加工成本较高。本文主要从设计工艺性、切削负荷均衡化、使用复合刀具简化加工步骤和通过优化切削参数提高材料去除率并延长刀具寿命方面讨论加工效率的提高。
High-pressure compressor on the opening box is a key part of the aeroengine, due to the complex structure, high precision, milling and precision machining process hole interspersed, higher processing costs. This article discusses the improvement of machining efficiency from the point of view of process design, equalization of the cutting load, simplification of machining steps with compound tools, improvement of material removal rates through optimization of cutting parameters, and extension of tool life.
