针对外腔谱组束和主振荡功率放大(MOPA)组束方案中存在的问题,基于体光栅极窄的波长选择性和角度选择性,提出了两种多阵元光纤激光组束方案。为克服外腔谱组束中阵元数目受衍射元件有限频谱范围的限制,提出了一种基于级联体光栅的谱组束方案,该方案可使组束阵元数目随光栅数目倍增;提出了一种基于重叠体光栅的MOPA组束方案,该方案通过重叠体光栅的双向复用提供光学反馈,使系统无需复杂的相位检测与控制就可实现各阵元光束的相位锁定。
Aiming at the problems existing in the combination of external cavity group beam and main oscillatory power amplification (MOPA) beam grouping, two multi-element fiber laser assembly schemes are proposed based on the narrow wavelength selectivity and angular selectivity of the volume grating. In order to overcome the limitation of the limited spectral range of diffractive components in the array of external cavity spectral beams, a spectral beam scheme based on cascaded volume grating is proposed, which can make the number of arrayed beam elements double the number of grating. A scheme of MOPA beam combination based on the superposed body grating is proposed. The scheme provides optical feedback through the bi-directional multiplexing of the superposed body gratings, which enables the system to phase lock the beams of each array element without complex phase detection and control.
