目的比较掺铒钇铝石榴石(Erbium:Yttrium-Aluminum-Garnet,Er:YAG)激光备洞与高速牙钻备洞后大鼠磨牙牙髓的病理变化,揭示Er:YAG激光备洞对牙髓的生物学效应。方法雄性SD大鼠66只随机分为实验组与对照组,实验组大鼠左上第一磨牙用高速牙钻备洞,右上第一磨牙用Er:YAG激光备洞;对照组大鼠磨牙不作任何处理。于术后1h、1d、4d、7d、14d、28d分批处死大鼠,HE染色观察大鼠牙髓在备洞后不同时段的病理变化。结果 Er:YAG激光备洞后7 d牙髓组织病理学改变恢复正常,高速牙钻备洞后28d牙髓组织病理学改变恢复正常。结论 Er:YAG激光备洞后牙髓组织病理学改变恢复正常要快于高速牙钻备洞。
OBJECTIVE To compare the pathological changes of dental pulp of rat molars after Erbium: Yttrium-Aluminum-Garnet (Er: YAG) laser drilling and high-speed dental drilling, and to reveal the effect of Er: YAG laser on the dental pulp Biological effects. Methods Sixty-six male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. In the experimental group, the upper left first molar was drilled with high-speed dental drill and the upper right molar was inflated with Er: YAG laser. deal with. The rats were sacrificed at 1h, 1d, 4d, 7d, 14d and 28d after operation and the pathological changes of rat dental pulp at different time points were observed by HE staining. Results The histopathological changes of dental pulp returned to normal on the 7th day after Er: YAG laser hole replacement. The pathological changes of pulp tissue returned to normal on 28th day after dental drilling. Conclusions The histopathological changes of pulp after Er: YAG laser replacement are normal and faster than that of high speed dental drill.
