针对某钢厂37Mn5钢生产工艺,对稳态、非稳态时中间包以及铸坯中的T[O]、[N]含量、显微夹杂含量、大型夹杂物含量进行了分析。研究表明:非稳态时中间包液面波动较大,中间包入口、出口及铸坯中T[O]平均含量分布分别是稳态时的1.09倍、1.06倍、1.08倍;显微夹杂物含量分别是稳态时的1.10倍、1.24倍、1.32倍;大型夹杂物含量是稳态时的1.75倍。提高非稳态浇注时操作的稳定性,控制好开浇、换包操作,稳定中间包、结晶器液面,可以有效改善钢质量。
Aiming at the production process of 37Mn5 steel in a steel mill, the contents of T [O], [N], micro inclusions and large inclusions in tundish and slab in steady state and unsteady state were analyzed. The results show that the tundish liquid level fluctuates greatly in the unsteady state, and the average content of T [O] in the inlet, outlet and slab of the tundish is 1.09 times, 1.06 times and 1.08 times respectively at steady state; The contents were 1.10 times, 1.24 times and 1.32 times respectively at steady state. The content of large inclusions was 1.75 times at steady state. Improve the stability of the operation during the non-steady state pouring, control the open casting and the changeover operation, stabilize the tundish and the liquid level of the mold, and can effectively improve the quality of the steel.
