对基于GIS的视频监控集成系统的关键技术进行了研究,提出了合理的设计方案,实现了视频监控系统与GIS平台的集成,通过电子地图,可进行视频监控的图像调用、设备状态监控以及球机控制,并能利用GIS平台的属性查询、空间查询、空间拓扑分析等功能,进行辅助分析和决策。使用Web Service技术解决了视频数据在异构系统间的传输和控制。
The key technologies of GIS-based video surveillance integrated system are researched. The reasonable design scheme is put forward, and the integration of video surveillance system and GIS platform is realized. Through the electronic map, video surveillance video calls, equipment status monitoring and ball Machine control, and can use the GIS platform attributes query, spatial query, spatial topology analysis and other functions, to assist the analysis and decision-making.
