MDCT诊断冠状静脉窦闭锁

目的提高对冠状静脉窦闭锁(CSOA)的认知,探讨多排螺旋CT(MDCT)对CSOA的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2006年1月至2011年10月于我院经MDCT检查诊断为CSOA的10名患者,年龄2月~74岁,平均年龄41.8±7.3岁,男女比例为6:4。结果经MDCT检查诊断为CSOA的10名患者中,6例冠状静脉异常回流至左心房,1例通过异常血管回流至右心房,3例异常回流至右心房及左心房。结论提高对CSOA的认知在心血管疾病的诊治中非常重要,而MDCT在CSOA的诊断中具有着重要的价值。 Objective To improve the cognition of coronary sinus atresia (CSOA) and explore the diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT (MDCT) for CSOA. Methods A retrospective analysis of 10 patients diagnosed as CSOA by MDCT in our hospital from January 2006 to October 2011 was performed. The mean age was 41.8 ± 7.3 years and the ratio of male to female was 6: 4. Results Of the 10 patients who were diagnosed as CSOA by MDCT, 6 cases of abnormal coronary venous return to the left atrium, 1 case of abnormal blood flow back to the right atrium, and 3 cases of abnormal reflux to the right atrium and left atrium. Conclusion It is very important to improve the cognition of CSOA in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. MDCT is of great value in the diagnosis of CSOA.
