某单层大跨厂房,其非标准机械设备(机械部分)建设项目主要包括81m高非标准复合大门、9×25m推拉大门、助推段工作平台、助推段导轨等8种设备。81m高非标准复合大门主要安装单元有轴系主体部分、门体、插销装置、密封装置、支座等,重点介绍了其吊装安装方案以及9×25m推拉大门的门体、轨道等的组装技术。
The construction of a non-standard mechanical equipment (mechanical part) of a single-storey large-span factory mainly includes 8 types of equipment: a 81m high non-standard compound gate, a 9 × 25m sliding door, a boost work platform and a boost section guide rail. 81m high non-standard composite door main installation unit has the main part of the shaft system, the door body, bolt device, sealing device, bearings, etc., focusing on its lifting installation program as well as 9 × 25m sliding door doors, rails and other assembly techniques .
