Insulin-like growth factor 2 (IGF2) promotes cell proliferation and inhibits apoptosis. Recent studies have shown that IGF2 may play an important role in the development and progression of lung cancer [1-3]. However, the relationship between IGF2 expression at different stages of lung cancer and its relationship with survival time has not been reported yet. In this study, immunohistochemistry and immunoblotting detection of IGF2 in non-small
