通过8块蒸压加气混凝土外挂墙板的抗弯试验,研究了蒸压加气混凝土外挂墙板的抗弯性能,对比分析了跨度和剪跨比对板材的刚度、延性和承载力的影响。试验结果表明,配筋为38的蒸压加气混凝土外挂墙板材可以满足北京地区高层建筑结构外挂墙板在正常使用极限状态下的抗风、抗震要求。四分点加载的6块蒸压加气混凝土外挂墙板最终的破坏形态以弯曲破坏为主,三分点加载的2块蒸压加气混凝土外挂墙板最终的破坏形态以剪切破坏为主。基于规范公式得到蒸压加气混凝土外挂墙板的设计承载力,其理论值与试验值比较吻合。
Through the bending test of 8 autoclaved aerated concrete wall panels, the flexural performance of autoclaved aerated concrete wall panels was studied. The effects of span and shear span ratio on the stiffness, ductility and bearing capacity of the panel were analyzed. . The test results show that the embankment with 38 reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete wall panels can meet the wind and seismic requirements of the exterior wall siding of high-rise buildings in Beijing under normal operating conditions. The final failure mode of the six autoclaved aerated concrete wallboards with four points loading was bending failure. The ultimate failure mode of the two autoclaved aerated concrete wallboards with three points loading was mainly shear failure . Based on the standard formula, the designed bearing capacity of autoclaved aerated concrete wallboard is obtained, and its theoretical value is in good agreement with the experimental value.
