通过对大规格圆钢的拉伸、低倍检验进行分析,设计制作拉力碗及钳口、并对低倍酸洗方法及设备进行了改进,采用低倍电腐蚀设备,顺利、快捷地完成大规格圆钢试样拉伸试验及低倍酸浸检验,保证了检验工作的正常进行。
