近年来国外语言学界兴起了一股手势研究的热潮,学者们就手势在人际交流、语言学习方面的作用和机制展开了深入探讨。对伴语手势(cospeech gcstures)与语言关系方面的研究结果进行述评,发现手势在语言输入、语言输出、提高外语交际能力及转换认知思维方式四个方面均对二语学习和教学有重要作用。手势在我国外语教学实践中的合理运用可以有效改善学习效果,具体运用策略包括创造情境语境以施行整体教学法、帮助学生理解和记忆、鼓励学生用手势补救口语输出、提高学生二语演讲水平等。
In recent years, there has been a boom in the field of gesture research in foreign linguistics, and scholars have conducted in-depth discussions on the role and mechanism of gesture in interpersonal communication and language learning. A review of the findings on the relationship between verbal gestures (cospeech gcstures) and language has revealed that gestures play an important role in second language learning and teaching in four aspects: language input, language output, ability to improve foreign language communication and the conversion of cognitive thinking . The rational use of gestures in our foreign language teaching practice can effectively improve the learning effect. The specific tactics of using gestures include creating situational contexts to implement holistic pedagogy, helping students to understand and remember, encouraging students to use gestures to remedy spoken language output and improve their L2 speech Wait.
