木瓜丸由木瓜、当归等12味中药组成,具有祛风散寒,活络止痛之功效,可用治风寒湿痹、四肢麻木、周身疼痛、腰膝无力、步履艰难等症[1]。为提供临床安全使用药物的科学依据,笔者进行了木瓜丸对大鼠毒性实验研究,现将结果报告如下。1材料1·1动物Wistar大鼠,体重90~120g,雌雄各半, Papaya pill consists of 12 Chinese herbal medicines such as papaya and angelica.
