目的探讨FibroTouch检测非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)肝脏硬度测量值(LSM)与受控衰减参数(CAP)的临床价值。方法 373例NAFLD患者作为NAFLD组,300例健康对照者作为对照组,分别对两组研究对象应用FibroTouch进行LSM、CAP检测,并计算体质量指数(BMI)值,分析LSM、CAP、BMI之间的相关性。结果 NAFLD组与对照组LSM值、CAP值、BMI值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。NAFLD不同程度组间LSM值及CAP值比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。相关性分析显示,LSM与BMI无相关性(r=0.039,P>0.05);LSM与CAP有相关性(r=0.196,P<0.05);CAP与BMI有相关性(r=0.365,P<0.05)。结论 FibroTouch检测仪的瞬时弹性成像技术(TE)不仅无创,而且可以更准确的对NAFLD患者进行诊断,对肝脏弹性进行定量评价。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of FibroTouch in detecting liver stiffness (LSM) and controlled decay parameters (CAP) in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Methods A total of 373 NAFLD patients were enrolled as NAFLD group and 300 healthy controls as control group. FibroTouch was used to detect LSM and CAP in both groups, and BMI values were calculated. LSM, CAP and BMI were analyzed. Relevance. Results There were significant differences in LSM, CAP and BMI between NAFLD group and control group (P <0.01). There were significant differences in LSM and CAP between different groups of NAFLD (P <0.01). The correlation analysis showed that there was no correlation between LSM and BMI (r = 0.039, P> 0.05). There was a correlation between LSM and CAP (r = 0.196, P <0.05) 0.05). Conclusion The FibroTouch Transient Elastography (TE) is not only noninvasive, but also provides a more accurate diagnosis of NAFLD and quantitative evaluation of liver elasticity.
