医院绩效管理信息系统是对医院绩效进行综合管理的重要平台,系统主要涉及科室管理、质量考评、信息查询、绩效管理等功能模块,通过与HIS系统的端口进行无缝对接,实现对医院绩效数据的综合管理,使绩效核算的外部行为内部化。较之传统的绩效管理与决策,利用信息系统进行绩效管理将会使医院增加一个需要额外考虑的因素,即绩效系统在运行过程中的风险,从而绩效管理内涵也发生了变化。经济越发展,信息化程度越深,对信息系统的维护与管理将显得更加重要。在绩效管理信息系统已成为医院发展的潮流的大环境下,作为医院信息系统管理部门,更需要重视绩效系统运行对当前绩效管理产生的影响。
