我国石油企业近年来越来越重视绩效考核,本文主要以长庆钻井总公司的绩效评价为研究对象,在深入分析其绩效评价存在的问题之后,适时引入平衡计分卡这一科学的管理工具来帮助公司完善绩效评价,并以此为基础,提出了提升长庆钻井总公司绩效评价的相关措施,期待本文的研究能为我国石油企业提升绩效管理水平提供参考和借鉴。
In recent years, the petroleum enterprises in our country pay more and more attention to the performance appraisal. In this paper, the performance appraisal of Changqing Drilling Company is the main research object. After deeply analyzing the problems existing in the performance appraisal, this paper introduces a scientific management tool To help the company to improve performance evaluation, and based on this, put forward some measures to enhance the performance evaluation of Changqing Drilling Company. We hope that this study can provide reference and reference for our country’s petroleum enterprises to improve performance management.
