邓小平经济特区建设思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,是在新的历史时期马克思主义基本原理与中国实际相结合的最新成果,经济特区是我国对外开放的“窗口”和“基地”。与其他五个经济特区相比,海南作为全国唯一的省级经济特区,肩负着特殊历史使命。本文在分析邓小平经济特区建设理论的科学内涵的基础上,以海南经济特区为例,阐述了邓小平经济特区理论在海南的实践。 Deng Xiaoping’s thinking on the construction of special economic zones is an important part of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the latest achievement of combining the basic tenets of Marxism with the actual conditions in China in the new historical period. The special economic zones are the “window” and the “base” of China’s opening to the outside world. . Compared with the other five special economic zones, Hainan, as the only provincial special economic zone in the country, has a special historic mission. Based on the analysis of the scientific connotation of Deng Xiaoping’s theory on the construction of special economic zones, taking Hainan Special Economic Zone as an example, this paper elaborates the practice of Deng Xiaoping’s theory of special economic zones in Hainan.
