随着煤炭行业黄金期的结束,煤炭市场供大于求的问题逐渐凸显,煤炭企业生产决策的重点也由关注产量向控制成本的方向转变,然而考虑到煤炭企业的地质条件和生产安全等因素,降低单位生产成本有一定的困难。因此,本文提出在保持现有的单位生产成本的情况下,以生产和存储的总成本最小化为目标,运用动态规划的方法构建企业的生产决策模型,并通过对同煤集团某矿生产数据的实证分析,验证了本模型的有效性。
With the end of the golden period of the coal industry, the issue of oversupply in the coal market has gradually become prominent. The focus of coal-making enterprises’ decision-making in production has also shifted from focusing on output to controlling costs. However, considering the geological conditions and production safety of coal enterprises, There is some difficulty in reducing unit production costs. Therefore, under the condition of keeping the current unit production cost, this paper proposes to use the dynamic programming method to build the enterprise’s production decision-making model, and to minimize the total production and storage costs, Empirical analysis to verify the effectiveness of this model.
