自改革开放以来,我国经济飞速发展,煤炭企业也更加的重视政工工作的开展,而随着时代的变化,政工工作也不再是简单的思想宣传,在发展的道路上面临着严峻的考验。本文对煤炭企业的政工工作进行了现状分析,研究其对煤炭企业所起的作用,主要探讨了新形势下政工工作在煤炭企业获得发展的有效途径,以期推动煤炭企业的发展。 Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has developed rapidly. Coal enterprises have also paid more attention to the work of political work. With the changes of the times, political work is no longer a simple propaganda of ideas. It faces a severe test on the road to development. This paper analyzes the status quo of the political work of the coal enterprises and studies their roles in the coal enterprises. It mainly discusses the effective ways that the political work can get the development in the coal enterprises under the new situation in order to promote the development of the coal enterprises.
