阐述了产品逆向设计的概念及流程,并详细探讨了逆向设计中的数据采集、数据处理和模型重构这3个主要环节。针对轿车引擎盖的结构特点,介绍了CATIA V5在轿车引擎盖逆向设计中的具体应用方法与技巧。最后结合A级曲面的定义与评价标准,应用多种曲面质量分析方法对轿车引擎盖的曲面质量进行了评价。结果表明该轿车引擎盖的主曲面达到了A级曲面的各项要求,进而可为后续的轿车引擎盖冲压成型提供可靠的理论依据。
The concept and process of product reverse design are expounded, and the three main parts of data collection, data processing and model reconstruction in reverse design are discussed in detail. In view of the structural characteristics of the car hood, introduces the CATIA V5 in the car hood reverse design of the specific application methods and techniques. Finally, combined with the definition and evaluation criteria of A-level surface, the surface quality of the car hood was evaluated by using a variety of surface quality analysis methods. The results show that the main surface of the car hood meets the requirements of A-class surface, which can provide a reliable theoretical basis for the follow-up car hood stamping.
