近年来,我国酒店行业发展势头迅猛,已成为旅游业六大要素中最重要的组成部分。然而,随着行业间竞争的加剧,高星级酒店人才流失问题已十分突出,成为制约酒店业发展的瓶颈。济南市高星级酒店员工流失率一直居高不下,严重影响酒店的经营质量、增加酒店人力成本、阻碍酒店运营。本文结合济南市某高星级酒店员工流失特点,从员工满意度出发,分析员工流失率过高的原因,认为酒店应该满足员工自身发展需求,拓宽员工在酒店中的发展空间,以达到控制员工过度流动的目的。
In recent years, the rapid development of China’s hotel industry has become the most important component of the tourism industry’s six major elements. However, with the intensification of competition among industries, the issue of brain drain in high-star hotels has become very prominent, which has become a bottleneck restricting the development of the hotel industry. Jinan high-star hotel staff turnover rate has been high, seriously affecting the hotel’s business quality, increase hotel labor costs, hinder hotel operations. Based on the characteristics of employee loss in a high-star hotel in Jinan City, this paper analyzes the reasons why the employee turnover rate is too high from the perspective of employee satisfaction, and thinks that the hotel should meet the development needs of employees and broaden the space for employees to develop in the hotel in order to control employees Excessive flow of purpose.
