分析了催化助燃剂强化烧结的机理。在考虑马钢工业试验结果与邯钢烧结原料特点基础上制备出功能更好及成本更低的催化助燃剂。在此基础上进行了添加催化助燃剂强化烧结工业性试验 ,验证了催化助燃剂具有增产降低煤耗的功效。试验结果表明 :往煤粉中添加 0 .1%的催化助燃剂 ,烧结生产可降煤耗 10 %以上 ,烧结矿产量和质量均有提高
The mechanism of catalytic combustion accelerant sintering was analyzed. Considering the results of Masteel’s industrial test and the raw materials of Handan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., a catalytic combustion improver with better functions and lower cost was prepared. On the basis of this, the industrial experiment of adding catalytic combustion improver was carried out, and the effect of catalytic combustion accelerant on reducing coal consumption was verified. The test results show that adding 0.1% of catalytic combustion improver to pulverized coal can reduce the coal consumption by more than 10% and the yield and quality of sinter both increase
