以桂花叶为原料,采用有机溶剂提取法对桂花叶中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺进行研究,通过单因素试验研究了不同浸提溶剂,提取时间,提取温度,乙醇体积分数,固液比对桂花叶黄酮提取率的影响,采用正交试验优化得出桂花叶中黄酮类化合物提取的最佳工艺条件为:浸提时间2 h,提温度85℃,乙醇体积分数75%,固液比1︰20(g/mL),在该条件下桂花叶黄酮提取率达1.926%。
Using osmanthus fragrans as raw material, the extraction technology of flavonoids from Osmanthus fragrans leaves was studied by organic solvent extraction method.
