对某大型钢铁联合企业 195 7～ 1998年间尘肺及尘肺合并肺结核进行了调查。结果表明 ,尘肺合并肺结核较单纯尘肺晋级率高 ,晋级年限缩短 ,病死率也增高 ,随年代的增加 ,尘肺合并肺结核的发生率及病死率降低 ,死亡年龄及确诊尘肺至死亡时间均有延长。 The investigation of pneumoconiosis and pneumoconiosis with pulmonary tuberculosis in a large iron and steel conglomerate from 1995 to 1998 was conducted. The results showed that pneumoconiosis with tuberculosis than simple pneumoconiosis rate, shortened promotion life expectancy, mortality also increased with age, the incidence of pneumoconiosis combined with tuberculosis and mortality decreased, the age of death and confirmed pneumoconiosis to death time have been extended.
