目的:观察中药外洗治疗婴儿湿疹的效果。方法:将80例婴儿湿疹的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组每日用中药外洗20min后,外擦复方氧化锌软膏每日2次;对照组每日外擦复方氧化锌软膏2次。系统治疗两组相同,观察两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药外洗治疗婴幼儿湿疹疗效优于单纯的西药治疗。 OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of external washing on infant eczema. Methods: A total of 80 infants with eczema were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine for 20 minutes daily, and then the compound zinc oxide ointment was rubbed twice daily. In the control group, the compound zinc oxide ointment 2 times. Systemic treatment of the same two groups, the two groups observed the effect of treatment. Results: The treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Chinese herbal medicine external treatment of infantile eczema better than simple Western medicine treatment.
