煤样的质量是瓦斯含量直接测定技术的关键。针对目前取样过程中存在的问题,展开了对SDQ-73型深孔快速取样装置的使用性研究;通过在焦煤能源有限公司演马庄矿27131工作面回风巷(下段)的初试得出了取样效果较差的原因,并对取样工艺技术进行改进,经过改进后的再试验,实现了SDQ-73深孔快速取样装置快速、定点、深孔取样,完全符合GB/T23250《煤层瓦斯含量井下直接测定方法》的取样要求,可在类似条件矿井推广使用。
The quality of the coal sample is the key to direct measurement of gas content. Aiming at the problems existing in the current sampling process, the research on the usability of the SDQ-73 deep-hole quick-sampling device is carried out. Based on the first test of the air return lane (lower section) of 27131 working face of Yanzhuangzhuang Mine of Coking Coal Energy Co., Ltd. The reason of the poor sampling result is that the sampling technique is improved. After the re-testing, the SDQ-73 deep-hole quick sampling device is adopted to take the fast, fixed-point and deep-hole sampling and fully complies with the GB / T23250 “ Direct Determination of ”sampling requirements, can be used in similar conditions to promote mine.
