目的观察保妇康凝胶治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)高危型感染的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2011年1月~2013年6月门诊收治的79例宫颈HPV高危型感染患者的临床资料,随机分为治疗组(62例)和对照组(17例),治疗组予保妇康凝胶按用药说明进行治疗,对照组不用药,只随访观察。3个月后行HPV复查(治疗组停药一周)。结果治疗组44例(70.9%)HPV转阴,无不良反应发生,对照组中2例(11.7%)转阴,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保妇康凝胶能安全有效治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Baofukang gel in the treatment of high risk type of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. Methods The clinical data of 79 patients with high-risk HPV infection from January 2011 to June 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group (62 cases) and control group (17 cases) Wellcome gel according to medication instructions, the control group without medication, only follow-up observation. 3 months after the line HPV review (treatment group withdrawal for a week). Results In the treatment group, 44 cases (70.9%) had negative HPV and no adverse reactions. Two cases (11.7%) in the control group turned negative. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Bao-Kang-Kang gel can be safe and effective treatment of high-risk cervical HPV infection.
