随着全球社会对节能减排的要求不断提高和互联网+时代的到来,国内外各大油田公司开始推进智能化油田的建设,急需开展综合性能好、适用于油田开采的弯游梁式抽油机的智能化研究与应用。该弯游梁抽油机的智能化研究,以油田应用综合性能好的14型弯游梁抽油机为基础模型,依据游梁式抽油机的基本理论,对井下工况、载荷、冲次、冲程等进行了分析和计算,关键研究了在弯游梁抽油机上实现平衡和冲次的自动调整、油井参数自动采集、传输、分析与控制的技术。设计了一套自动调平衡装置,增加了智能测控柜,旨在进一步优化游梁式抽油机的结构性能,提高抽油机的系统效率和产收率,实现弯游梁抽油机的冲次和平衡的智能化控制。现场应用表明,弯游梁抽油机经过智能化改造后大大提高了电机的功率因数,有效降低了无功耗电量,综合节电率为11.4%以上。
