近年来,伴随酒店行业的快速发展,各大酒店对劳动力的需求日趋旺盛。其中,酒店很大一部分员工均来自各大高校旅游管理专业的实习生,这是一个双赢的过程。大批的实习生缓解了酒店的用人压力,让酒店保持人员的相对稳定,也让相关专业的实习生正式对酒店进行了接触与实地了解,积累了实践经验。本文从酒店企业的角度出发,对旅游管理专业学生的实习管理方法展开探讨。
In recent years, with the rapid development of the hotel industry, the demand for labor in major hotels is on the rise. Among them, a large part of the hotel staff are from major university tourism management interns, this is a win-win process. A large number of intern alleviates the pressure of employing the hotel, keeping the hotel staff relatively stable, and also let the related intern trainees get in touch with the hotel on the spot and have gained practical experience. This article from the hotel business point of view, tourism management students to practice management methods to explore.
