在(超)深井、大位移井钻井过程中,套管磨损是个不容忽视的问题。为此,基于非旋转防磨保护技术原理,阐述了防磨保护器安放位置设计计算方法,重点介绍了该技术在新场气田深井中的应用情况,现场应用表明:非旋转套管防磨保护器加装在侧向力大的位置(井口附近和轨迹全角变化率大的位置),能有效保护套管和钻杆接头,并显著降低磨损量,是一种比较好的套管防磨保护方法,深井超深井套管防磨保护值得借鉴和推广应用。
