“校企合作,工学结合”教育模式是高职旅游管理专业培养高素质高技能人才的必由之路,是高职教育适应社会发展需求的现实要求。实施“校企合作,工学结合”必须对专业人才培养模式进行创新。本文结合目前在“校企合作,工学结合”教育模式中存在的问题,探索基于“校企合作,工学结合”的高职院校旅游管理专业人才培养模式创新机制。 “School-enterprise cooperation, combination of work and study ” education mode is the only way for higher vocational tourism management major to train high-quality and highly-skilled personnel, and is the realistic requirement for higher vocational education to meet the needs of social development. The implementation of “school-enterprise cooperation, work-study integration” must innovate the training mode of professionals. Based on the existing problems in the mode of “school-enterprise cooperation and combination of work and study”, this paper explores the innovation mechanism of the training mode of tourism management professionals in higher vocational colleges based on “school-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination”.
