辽宁是我国最大的重工业基地,高速发展的工业生产为全省经济社会发展作出了巨大贡献,但过去那种高投入、高消耗、高污染、低效益的粗放型工业生产方式,也带来了严重的环境污染问题。辽宁省虽然近些年狠抓节能减排,实施生态省建设,但生态环境遭遇工业生产污染破坏的问题仍然比较严重,生态环境对工业生产的承受能力依然比较脆弱。因此,我们必须不断地探寻工业生产与生态环境的和谐性,努力实现工业生产与生态环境的可持续发展。 Liaoning is China’s largest heavy industry base. The rapid industrial development has made tremendous contributions to the province’s economic and social development. However, the extensive industrial production mode with high investment, high consumption, high pollution and low efficiency has also brought in the past Serious environmental pollution problems. Although Liaoning Province has paid close attention to energy-saving and emission-reduction in recent years and implemented the construction of ecological province, the ecological environment is still suffering from the problem of industrial production and pollution. The ecological environment’s ability to withstand industrial production is still relatively weak. Therefore, we must constantly explore the harmony between industrial production and ecological environment and strive to achieve sustainable development of industrial production and ecological environment.
