增效减负是素质教育背景下,对于传统教学模式的一项历史性突破。其最主要针对的就是“义务教育”阶段,尤其是在小学教育当中,增效减负已经成为了衡量教师以及学校教育水平的重要标准。如何能够在有限的课堂教学时间内,提高课堂教学效果,减轻学生的课业负担,已经成为了小学教育中的关键环节。笔者结合实践工作经验,在本文中以一位小学语文教师的角度,对小学语文课堂教学的增效减负策略的实施进行探讨。
Efficiency reduction is the background of quality education, a historic breakthrough for the traditional teaching model. Its main target is “compulsory education ” stage, especially in primary education, efficiency reduction has become an important measure of teachers and school education standards. How to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and reduce the schoolwork burden in a limited period of classroom teaching has become a key link in primary education. Based on the experience of practical work, the author discusses the implementation of the synergistic and tax-reducing strategies in the teaching of Chinese in primary schools from the perspective of a primary school Chinese teacher.
